Daniel Ariasbello is an artist and an anthropologist inspired by the complex history of languages, the long process of human population, and the erasing memory of every person’s genealogy. Having himself as the most accessible case study, Ariasbello has done a thorough investigation of his family and the territories it has inhabited. The documentation and archive process of this genealogical research has ignited infinite questions about life, its evolution, continuity and temporal dimension. Ariasbello´s art is an answer to these questions. His work is therefore always based on a both personal and scientific research that quenches the artist`s thirst for understanding.
